Our villa sits atop a small hill on the northeast corner of
Contadora Island. Named The
Pearl Islands Villa, it is one of twenty-eight villas in our
complex. The grounds surrounding our villas grow abundantly with
tropical trees and flowers. Center to our complex is a small
pool and outdoor shower. It is an excellent place to gather in
the evening and meet the other villa residents. Our villa is the largest in the development. Inside you will find three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with its own private bathroom and sitting room. The sitting room contains a small business work area and a Futon Bed. The other two bedrooms are also located upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two single beds. A full bathroom is located upstairs for guests staying in these rooms.  Granite countertops
and stainless steel appliances give our kitchen a modern appeal.
Our stove and oven use propane gas and are easy to operate. The
dining area and living room are open and spacious. In the living
area is a TV. and DVD Player. We also have a good selection of
books and DVD’s for your enjoyment. A small half bathroom is
also located downstairs for visiting guests. One final feature of our villa are the decks. Upstairs located off the two smaller bedrooms are two small decks. Downstairs off the living room is a large deck complete with chairs, a table and umbrella. You may notice stairs next to the villa leading to a room beneath the villa. This is a storage area for our personal items. The villa will sleep six people comfortably but has the capacity for eight. |
